We are looking for HR Executives to join our organization immediately to close our domestic and international hiring requirements.
We will prefer hiring someone with minimum 6 months experience in recruiting the candidates from IT or marketing background.
Shift: Day Shift
Responsibilities and Duties
- Planning and executing the strategy to hire quality candidates for our IT and marketing requirements
- Posting jobs on international job portals and interview the candidates as per the guidelines provided
- Source potential candidates from various online portals and channels (e.g. Indeed, naukri.com, social media, etc.).
- Lining up the suitable candidates for the F2F round.
- Maintaining a database of candidates appearing for interviews/written test and various recruitment related tasks & reports.
- Assist with candidates on boarding and joining formalities.
- Maintaining attendance, leaves record, salary etc

Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment for any IT company or internship.
