HR Executive 318 views

We are looking for HR Executives to join our organization immediately to close our domestic and international hiring requirements.

We will prefer hiring someone with minimum 6 months experience in recruiting the candidates from IT or marketing background.

Shift: Day Shift

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Planning and executing the strategy to hire quality candidates for our IT and marketing requirements
  • Posting jobs on international job portals and interview the candidates as per the guidelines provided
  • Source potential candidates from various online portals and channels (e.g. Indeed,, social media, etc.).
  • Lining up the suitable candidates for the F2F round.
  • Maintaining a database of candidates appearing for interviews/written test and various recruitment related tasks & reports.
  • Assist with candidates on boarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintaining attendance, leaves record, salary etc

Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment for any IT company or internship.
