  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.), co-ordinating with the directors, accompanying the directors for meeting with the clients , preparation of MOM etc.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 /month

Experience:
